Demographic change increases the need for new personnel in public service

Sorgeç stated that the demographic change in Germany has created a significant need for personnel in public institutions, reminding that about one-third of public employees will retire in the next ten years.

 Therefore, he stated that training the new generation of public officials has become a necessity rather than a choice, and drew attention to the critical importance of qualified personnel for the sustainability of public service.

Addressing the participants, Sorgeç stated that the new generation who will undertake responsibilities in public service is of great importance for Berlin's security, stability, and sustainable future, and called on the youth:
