The Public Service Training Preparation Program (AVÖD), organized by BWK BildungsWerk operating in Berlin's Kreuzberg district, has been successfully completed. Graduates of the program received their certificates at a ceremony, where attention was drawn to the importance of training qualified personnel for the future of public institutions.

The certificate ceremony was attended by Berlin State Senator for Labor, Social Affairs, Equality, Integration, Diversity, and Anti-Discrimination Cansel Kızıltepe, President of the Berlin Higher Regional Court Dr. Andrea Diekmann, Deputy Head of the Berlin Police Department Marco Langner, representatives from the Berlin Police Academy, Senate officials, instructors, and participants.

The program was implemented for the 17th time by BWK BildungsWerk upon the assignment of the Berlin Senate Department for Labor, Social Affairs, Equality, Integration, Diversity, and Anti-Discrimination.
