The construction of a new terminal building at Munich Airport, one of Germany's busiest airports, to be used exclusively for deportation procedures has been officially approved. The facility, which will be allocated for the use of the Federal Police, aims to accelerate Germany's return processes and organize deportation flights more effectively.
The Board of Directors of Munich Airport approved the project by a majority vote. The terminal, to be implemented at the request of the federal government, will be used solely by the Federal Police. The new facility is intended to contribute to more centralized and planned execution of deportation operations across Germany.
