Hasan Yıldız, President of the Turkish Muaythai Federation, said they aim to introduce more children and young people to muaythai.

In a statement made in Hatay, where he watched the Spor Toto Muaythai Super League 2nd Leg Competitions, Yıldız noted that they are trying to bring children and young people together with sports in all provinces.

Yıldız, stating that they aim to protect children and young people from addiction and obesity, said, "Today, social media, phones, and digital games are making children seriously lazy, and an obese generation is emerging. Our goal is to invite more young people and children to this sport. To get children hooked on this sport, we organize not only sports but also social activities."

Yıldız, stating that Turkey ranks among the top in the world in muaythai, said, "In the last 4-5 years, we have consistently been on the podium in international platforms, always in the top 3, never dropping below. We are a successful federation and run a successful branch. We are expanding significantly. Our federation, which started with 10-15 thousand athletes, now has approximately 250,000 passive and 40,000 actively renewed licensed athletes."
