Bülent Korkmaz: Antalyaspor's Sole Aim is Süper Lig

Trendyol 1. Lig side Antalyaspor continued its 2026-2027 season preparations at Isparta's Davraz Ski Center.

The eager appearance of the footballers during the training session led by head coach Bülent Korkmaz drew attention. Antalyaspor will stay in Davraz until July 27. During this period, they will conduct physical and tactical training, as well as play friendly matches.

Head coach Bülent Korkmaz informed journalists about the camp activities. Korkmaz stated that they completed the first phase of the camp in Antalya and expressed his satisfaction with the environment in Davraz.

Korkmaz stated that he had also come to Davraz approximately 10 years ago. Emphasizing that the region has developed significantly, Korkmaz said: "We held our first camp in Antalya. We primarily conducted physical training and played two friendly matches. Then we came to Davraz. I saw that the environment here has developed a lot. There is a good working atmosphere."

He stated that they plan to play as many friendly matches as possible during the Davraz camp. Korkmaz noted that they aim for the team to reach league tempo with these matches.

He emphasized that the sole goal of Antalyaspor, relegated from the Süper Lig last season, is to return to the top league. Korkmaz stated that they have left the past behind, saying: "What happened last season is behind us. We are now focusing on the future. We are taking the necessary measures to prevent past mistakes from being repeated. My players are working very well both in Antalya and Davraz. I am extremely satisfied with their efforts. Our goal is to return to the Süper Lig."

The experienced coach stated that they will work at an intense pace until the league starts. He emphasized that in the later part of the preparation period, they will plan the training tempo to match the game rhythm. Korkmaz said: "Currently, we are in an intense and tough training period. As the season approaches, we will reduce the tempo and focus on match preparation. Hopefully, we will start the league fully prepared."
