The 36th International Folk Dance Festival, organized by Samsun Metropolitan Municipality, is ongoing.

On the second day of the festival, a concert was held at Atakum Çobanlı Pier. Following this, teams from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkey, Serbia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, the Republic of Adygea, and Moldova showcased their traditional folk dances.

The performances by the teams, featuring colorful costumes and region-specific music, received great applause from the audience. Attendees followed the event with interest and recorded the performances with their mobile phones.

In addition to Turkey, folk dance teams from Mexico, Serbia, the Republic of Adygea, Russia, Poland, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Slovakia, and Georgia are participating in the festival.

The international festival will conclude on July 26.
