İş Bankası won the titles of "Best Digital Bank in Central and Eastern Europe" and "Best Digital Bank in Turkey" at the Euromoney Awards for Excellence.

The Euromoney Awards for Excellence, from one of the financial world's respected publications, found their recipients at a ceremony in London, the capital of England.

More than 700 applications from over a hundred countries were evaluated based on the criteria of "strategy," "financial performance," "innovation," and "customer experience." As a result of this evaluation, İş Bankası was named the "Best Digital Bank" in both Central and Eastern Europe and Turkey.

The bank won the awards thanks to its digital transformation strategy, artificial intelligence, and data-driven technology investments. With its applications aiming to perfect the customer experience, it stood out in digital banking performance.

Sabri Gökmenler, Deputy General Manager of İş Bankası, stated that the awards are a concrete indicator of their efforts carried out with the vision of "The Bank of the Future."

Gökmenler said that by placing technology at the center, they aim to simplify customers' lives and increase access to financial services. In line with this, he emphasized that they continue to develop İşCep with super app strategies.

Gökmenler noted that İşCep, which reached 16 million customers this year, offers 857 functions. Gökmenler stated, "To increase İşCep's ease of use, we reorganized the application experience by utilizing AI-powered analyses and created special panels for areas such as transactions, cards, investments, and personal finance management. This structure allows our customers to easily access all the services they need from a single place."

Gökmenler, stating that approximately 97 percent of İş Bankası's transactions are carried out through digital channels, made the assessment, "While offering a personalized digital experience with the 'Your İşCep' approach, we are always there for our customers with our AI-powered assistant 'Maxi' whenever they need us. Maxi, which has reached over 108 million interactions to date, makes banking faster, easier, and more accessible, while also significantly contributing to operational efficiency."

Gökmenler noted that the bank offers life-oriented services such as "My Car," "My Home," "My Family," and "My Travel" within its "My Life" section through mini-application collaborations. He also stated that they provide end-to-end solutions in İşCep, from personal finance management to savings and investment transactions, and loyalty programs.

Gökmenler said, "We will continue our investments in artificial intelligence, data analytics, and next-generation technologies, and we will continue to offer our customers a smarter, easier, and more personalized banking experience."
