Eyüpsultan Crash: Health Director Güner Reports 30 Injured

Thirty people were injured, two seriously, after a passenger bus and a car collided in Eyüpsultan, Istanbul.

A passenger bus and a car collided on Yavedut Street in Nişanca Neighborhood. The impact caused the bus to hit a signpost. Passengers in both vehicles were injured in the accident.

Police, health, and fire teams were dispatched to the scene following the report. Medical teams provided first aid to the injured before transporting them to hospitals.

Crews removed the car involved in the accident from the road. Efforts to remove the bus are still underway. Traffic flow is being managed controllably due to the accident.

Istanbul Provincial Health Director Abdullah Emre Güner made a statement about the accident on his social media account. Güner stated that the 30 people injured in the Eyüpsultan accident were transported to hospitals by ambulance after receiving initial treatment at the scene.

Güner said, "The treatment processes for our injured patients are being meticulously continued in our hospitals. The general condition of two of our patients remains serious. Following the incident, our health teams swiftly arrived in the area with all available resources, and the situation is being closely monitored. I wish a speedy recovery to our injured citizens."
