Özgür Özel: We Will Join New Party in August-September

CHP Group Chairman Özgür Özel said, "We will politically establish the party with our nation in August-September. With that establishment, we will join our new party."

Özel answered journalists' questions after a meeting held with some CHP deputies at a hotel in Çankaya.

In response to a journalist's question, "On the one hand, you are not leaving CHP. Some party council members will remain in CHP. In a possible decision, would there be a return from the new party to CHP?", Özel gave the following answer: "We are forming the technical committee of the party with our deputies. We will politically establish the party with our nation in August-September. With that establishment, we will join our new party."
