In Tekirdağ's Hayrabolu district, a traffic accident resulting from the collision of a light commercial vehicle and a truck left 2 people dead and 3 injured.

The accident occurred at Hayrabolu Junction in Hisar Neighborhood. A truck with license plate 59 ACA 897, driven by H.G., collided with a light commercial vehicle with license plate 16 JDS 04, driven by B.C.

Due to the impact of the collision, the driver of the light commercial vehicle and F.K., E.K., V.K., and Ü.K., who were in the vehicle, were injured.

Upon notification, health, gendarmerie, and fire department teams were dispatched to the scene. After the initial intervention by 112 Emergency Health teams, the injured were taken to Hayrabolu State Hospital.

Despite all interventions at the hospital, Ü.K. and V.K., among the injured, lost their lives.

The truck driver, H.G., was taken into custody.
